🤯 Have you heard of the new FODMAP?

🥑 Avocado is not high in sorbitol as was once thought, it is actually high in a new type of FODMAP called perseitol. 

😭 You still need to avoid avocados as it is thought that perseitol will have the same impact as other sugar alcohols. 

🧐 When you reintroduce avocado you will now not be able to to use it for reintroduction of sorbitol and will instead have to reintroduce it on its own.
