Are you the type of person who likes to whip up a delicious, fresh lunch, or do you prefer to meal prep your packed lunch for the following day?Ā 

Either way, we have rounded up some low FODMAP lunch ideas for you:Ā 

Salads

  • Ā Grains including quinoa, potatoes
  • Ā Vegetables including carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers
  • Ā Protein including boiled eggs, chicken, canned tuna, low FODMAP beans

Soups

  • Vegetables including potatoes, carrots, English spinach, kale, collard greens
  • Pumpkin noodle soup (recipe in post)
  • Green minestrone soup (recipe in post)

Pasta

  • Alternative pasta including amaranth pasta, brown rice pasta, buckwheat pastaĀ 
  • Sauces including beetroot pasta sauce, pesto, low FODMAP cheese sauces

Sandwiches*

  • Bread including sourdough spelt bread or gluten-free, low FODMAP bread
