Asian cuisine may be enjoyed in various ways, whether you prefer cold dishes like sushi or hot curries. 

Luckily, we have rounded up some low FODMAP Asian ingredients & recipes for you:

Sushi 

  • Nigiri - plain nigiri with tuna, salmon, shrimp, crab
  • Maki - plain maki with cucumber/carrots, tuna/salmon/shrimp/crab
  • Sashimi - without any added high FODMAP ingredients
  • Sauces - without garlic, onion, honey, excess fructose

Curry

  •  Thai yellow curry with shrimp recipe (in post)
  •  Coconut fish curry recipe (in post)
  •  Paneer butter masala recipe (in post) 

Tofu

  • Firm tofu is low FODMAP at 170g
  • Silken tofu is low FODMAP at 39g 
  • Asian zoodle salad recipe (in post)                                   

Soy sauce  

  • Soy-glazed salmon recipe (in post) 
  • Maple soy-glazed tempeh recipe (in post)
